  7. You must read the following agreement before using this software.
  8. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the
  9. software and destroy all the copies of it. For detailed information
  10. about uninstallation, see Setup.TXT.

  12. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  14. - About the unregisterd software:
  15.     The unregistered software may be freely tried out for a trial period
  16.     up to 30 days. To continue to use after this period, the user must
  17.     purchase the license.
  18.     The unregistered software may be freely copied and distributed so
  19.     long as any modification is not made in the archive package.
  20.  
  21. - The license of the registered software:
  22.     One license is granted to one 'user'. If the user have multiple
  23.     mail addresses or multiple personal computers, the user is permitted
  24.     to install and use multiple copies of this software for the user's
  25.     own use.
  26.     On the contrary, If the user have one personal computer and share a
  27.     installed copy of this software with other persons, each user have to
  28.     purchase a license.
  29.     Purchasing licenses does not mean purchasing the copyright of this
  30.     program.
  31.     A registered user can get a latest release of the program free of
  32.     charge, although a user need to obtain new version by himself/herself
  33.     from Internet site or some other media. RimArts, however, have no
  34.     obligation to update the program in any case.
  35.     Purchased licenses are not refundable in any way.

  37. - Registration pass code:
  38.     A registered user will obtain a pass code. The pass code is used to
  39.     make the shareware notice message box invisible, but the passcode
  40.     itself does not represent any license. Licenses are granted only when
  41.     users are received registration notice from RimArts, Inc. or from
  42.     shareware payment processing services which RimArts, Inc. contracted.
  43.     Only the registered users can use the pass code only for the
  44.     licensed copies of the software. USE OF THE PASSCODE WITHOUT HAVING
  45.     LICENSES IS SERIOUS VIOLATION OF THE COPYRIGHT.
